End User Services

At DSS Lab we frequently work with our clients across the entire project life cycle, from initial user requirements to lab testing of implemented solutions. However, we can also work on a single project phase such as requirements definition, or we can even engage for specific technical problem solving such as how integrating dimensional models.

Across all project phases, we can serve as the primary entity responsible for the job, we can work to assist in-house staff who are themselves responsible, or we can review or audit the outcome of, or progress within, any phase. To avoid any possible conflict of interest, however, we will not audit work that we ourselves performed.

We also provide auditing services, in which we review and analyze an existing set of requirements, designs, or implementation. We will perform benchmark and implementation auditing services for vendors as well, as a long-trusted independent party.
